These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LootCash app and services provided by LootCash. By creating an account or using LootCash, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a contract to use LootCash. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Points & Rewards
- Points are earned by completing quizzes, activities, and other in-app actions.
- Points have no cash value until claimed through an approved payout method.
- We may adjust point values, exchange rates, and reward availability at any time.
- Points obtained through fraud, automation, or abuse may be revoked.
3. Claims & Payouts
- Claims are processed to the UPI ID or bank details you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy.
- A service fee may apply to certain claims and is shown before you confirm.
- Payouts are subject to verification and may be delayed or declined if fraud is suspected.
4. In-App Purchases
Some features or point packs may be available for purchase through the Google Play or Apple App Store. All purchases are handled by the respective store and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated means to earn points or manipulate the Service.
- Do not create multiple or fake accounts.
- Do not post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content in community features.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold payouts, or revoke points if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
7. Disclaimers
LootCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific earnings from using the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LootCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LootCash after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
